Cynthia the Innocent comes from mysterious beginnings. Baroness Coquette recruited her to educate the young rascals at her Parisian Orphanage, where Cynthia served as Prefect, until she was given away in trade to a naughty Baron.
She's settled down to a good living in late-period Italy, as a courtesan in a coastal town. She loves to regularly entertain the glittering variety of people that pass through her port; especially one particular seafaring rogue (but only after they've shaved their mustache.)
The seafaring rogue agreed to a 3-5 year journey to the great land of Nordskogen, where they are both enjoying their new position as Territorial Baronesses.
