Planned Activities: Arts & Sciences Display , Arts & Sciences Competition

Open Division:
Enter one item in any of the 5 divisions.  Total entries allowed: 1. Face to face judging will be used based on established criteria. There will be amaximum of 3 judges to judge entry. Entry with the highest score wins within their division. Entries must be preregistered with the KMOAS withintwo months or sooner of the competition to enter open division.
A cast“pilgrim” badge specific to the event will be awarded to each division winner.

Triathlon Tourney: Enter 3 items in 3 separate divisions. Face to face judging will be used based on established criteria. There will be a maximum of 3 judges to judge each entry. Entrant with the highest combined scores wins the Triathlon Tourney. Entries must be preregistered with the KMOAS within two months or sooner of the competition to enter the Triathlon Tourney.
A cast“pilgrim” badge specific to the event will be awarded as well as a painted candle holder w/candle bearing Northshield’s colors & motto awarded for the overall Triathlon Tourney Champion.

Non-competitive Display and Commentary:  There will be a setup allowed for the display of items for people not entering the competitions.

9:30 KMoAS overview for the day
10:00-10:45 1st judging session
11:00-11:45 2nd judging session
11:45-1:00 Lunch 
1:00-1:45 3rd judging session
2:00-2:45 4th judging session
3:00-3:45 5th judging session
4:00-4:45 6th judging session
4:45-5:45 Tally scores
5:45 Populace collects copies of documentation from artisans
6:00 Announcement of Winners at Court
8pm site closed

Site is discreetly damp.
Fully handicap accessible, playground, large parking lot and outdoor space 

Lunch is included in the site fee for the first 100 people through the door.
 
 Preregistration deadline - February 25, 2015 
Site fees:
Adult (13+): $10 (including lunch)
Children under 13: $5 (inc. lunch)
          Under 5: $0 (no lunch)
