PLEASE RSVP on our website, https://www.caeranterth.org/boarshead2021 , if you plan to attend the event. RSVP and Preregistration with payment are different. Preregistration with payment is not required but is strongly encouraged. Payments will also be accepted at gate, but you should still RSVP!

OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED. HOWEVER, ALL BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE ONSITE VENDOR ,PER THE SITE OWNERS CONTRACT WITH THE VENDOR. IF THIS POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED, WE WILL LOSE THE PRIVILEGE OF BRINGING IN OUTSIDE FOOD IN THE FUTURE.

Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and
safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to
infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person
events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to
take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under
your control as you believe to be necessary.
