Welcome to the Gardens!

This event is a first year event located in Wausau's Robert W. Monk Gardens. Site is Free with Pre-registration.
 
 !!!!!***~POPULACE~***!!!!!

******Due to this being a first year event in a new place this is by PRE REGISTRATION ONLY for campers and day attendees!********

If you do not pre register by ~AUGUST 29th~ you may not have a spot to camp and/or will need to pay the public day fee ($5.00 per adult$3.00 per child) being charged by Robert Monk Gardens!


When you email your preregistration in please include:

-Number of adults and number of children you are registering with. Please pre-register using your mundane and SCA names.

-Guestimated day and time of arrival

-number of tents (ie 1 adult tent 1 kids tent.)

-If you have a medical device that requires electricity

- if you are day tripping or camping are you staying for dinner Saturday. We plan to have a partially catered pot luck.

The site is ADA accessible.

Troll opens at noon on Friday for populace. Site closes at 1 pm on Sunday.

We will have demo hours on Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Site is dry during public hours.

No automobiles may be on site Saturday between 9:30-4:15!

If you arrive during this time you will have the option to carry in what you want or wait until after 4:15 to drive in. These are the rules of the site, because the roadway will be limited by demo foot traffic.

~CLASSSES~

We are now looking for anyone who wants to teach classes!

 

There will be 2 tables for separate classes in the general activity tent and one area for classes/lectures under another tent. If you would like to limit the number or age of students, or if your class has a materials list or a class fee please let Lady Beatrice know when registering.Sign up sheets will be available Saturday for classes with size limits; please let Lady Beatrice know if observing/auditing your class is acceptable. The public is also being invited to take classes. We hope to have 3 classes running at a time throughout the day so if you would like to teach your class more than once if there's open times please note that.
