a. Discussed how reporting is going for each officer. b. TRM would like all kingdom officer reports to be on the Stallari mailing list so other officers are kept informed.

a. We need more Chirurgeons. Events are often understaffed. b. Want to simplify the warranting process. After marshal warranting process is finalized, will try to reflect that.

a. Armored Handbook changes have been approved by Society.

a. The alpha site is being worked on to change Northshield.org.
