Email Bounce Messages

We are aware that currently when sending emails to certain kingdom officers, the sender may receive a bounce notification from Microsoft. This primarily affects Stallari officers. It appears that our email service provided by our web host is experiencing a difficulty with Microsoft. They are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. The message is still being delivered to the personal email of the officer, it is just not going to a retention email address used by Stallari. There is not currently an ETA for resolution and this issue is not something the kingdom can resolve.
