I hope you enjoy a collection of period furniture pics! Our upcoming newsletter themes are as follows, but please submit art and articles on any topic for the edification of the kingdom.
• July 20 – Youth of the Kingdom – The (parents/guardians/teachers of) children and teens of Northshield are encouraged to send in our youngest members’ A&S projects, fighting kit or garb photos, stories, or any other spiffiness they would like to show off. Let’s celebrate the future of Northshield!
• August 20 – Summer Adventures – Camping season is the SCA’s busy time. Share the best pictures and tales
from your summer, whether it’s a friend’s elevation, a new piece of garb, a campfire story from the bardic circle, or a recipe that turned out well!
• September 20 – Zoology – Help create a bestiary of Northshield! Please submit fiction, “honest” accounts of animal sightings, illustrations, and photographs (dog in costume? Dog in costume!) to help fill the pages. What wildlife do we have besides griffins in these parts?
