Upcoming article submission deadlines are as follows, but please submit art and articles on any topic for the edification of the kingdom.
• August 20 – Stories & Superstitions – Do you know any superstitions from your persona’s time and place? Do you have any SCA or historical stories you like to tell? Even if you aren’t comfortable speaking up around a bardic circle, you can share them here. Let's keep the narrative alive!
• September 20 – Winter Projects -– Summer and camping events are over. How do you keep up your arts and activities over the winter? What are you working on now and what are the goals you hope to accomplish? Share works-in-progress, hopeless messes you’re trying to untangle and research rabbitholes.
• October 20 – Archery and Thrown Weapons – Do you like ranged weaponry? Share photos, stories, research, and the joy of destroying things from a distance!
• November 20 – Scribal Showcase – Show off the beautiful artwork created by Northshield’s scribes and artisans for so many awards! Send photos of the amazing, humorous, colorful, detailed, beloved, and/or meticulously researched pieces of art that you received or created and celebrate the hard work of our scribes.
