Let all the keeps and castles, halls and homes of this Kingdom resound with the thunder of a thousand voices crying aloud great glory is due Siegfried Von Kulmbach for he is a man worthy of admiration and thanks.  Twice for love has won a crown, twice with love has he ruled our Kingdom, and twice with gladness has his people offered him their love.  Therefore, We, Hrodir and Guilia, King and Queen of Northshield with joyful voice and blithe spirit proclaim him Duke, and call our people to honor him as he has brought honor to his Queen, his kingdom and himself.  All Ladies, all Lords, let the fame of his Grace, Duke Siegfried be as great as his name. Done this 14th day of April, A.S. 41 at Our Cornoration at Silfren Mere.
