Position Details
This position works with the Office of the Seneschal to help ensure that Northshield is welcoming to all people no matter race, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Specific tasks include but are not limited to: working at the kingdom level to develop resources to promote inclusivity and diversity; helping local groups to find training on how to be more inclusive; developing policies and procedures to implement the Society Bullying and Harassment standards; developing training to help individuals find ways to better communicate and defuse problems at their roots
