Pre-registration will be open closer to date. Pre-registration will close on November 18th. Refunds must be requested by November 18th.
While there is no fee for paying on the event day, the organizers do request pre-registration as much as possible to ensure adequate planning.

The site is fully ADA accessible.
There is space for the populace to set up a presence.
Service animals only, no pets.
No smoking indoors.
Outside food is permitted.
All drinks must be purchased on site per site contract. Exceptions for medical needs or milk/juice for children.
