Day Trip Sunday only $15
Food pre-reg required:
An additional $15.00 will get you the Saturday and Sunday Night meals.
Children 5-12 $10.00 for both meals. Children 13 and over will be charged the adult price.
Limit 2 children under 5 free with 1 adult meal purchase. Please indicate how many children
under 5 will be attending with pre-reg.
Children under 12 will not be allowed to go through the line without a parent.

Join us for a weekend of camping, fighting and practicing field and woods battle maneuvers.
The war practice will allow war leaders to assess and instruct members of the Northshield Army
on formation, maneuvers, and group tactics.

The site:
The site contains approximately 4 acres of grassy fields, and 3 wooded acres interspersed with
well-maintained paths. There is a 2500 sq ft heated shop space with electrical outlets. A paved
driveway ends in a large paved parking area and circular turn-around space between the house
and shop. Parking space is available on the pavement, along the side of the 580’ long driveway,
and in a dry field adjacent to National Avenue. Shop space is handicap accessible, but fields and
woods may be more difficult to access. There are some steep grades to get to areas of the
property.
Camping sites are primitive. Plan accordingly. No RV or camper space. Call event staff with
questions.
There are three water outlets in the fields around the house and water outlets inside the shop.
Two standard and one handicapped port-o-potties will be placed on-site for bathroom facilities.
At least one outdoor shower with hot water will be available, and there will be an outdoor
hand-washing station.
A large fire pit is also on site and ready for evening revelry.
Attendees who stay overnight at the event may set up tents on site or may set up cots in the
shop space, which is heated. Privacy will be limited in the shop. Electrical outlets for CPAPs,
etc., are only available in the shop space.
The house is a private residence and off limits to attendees.

Schedule as follows:
Friday, May 26:
Site opens 12 p.m. Call 920-222-1585 if Gate is not manned. Come out and set up camp or claim
your cot space in the shop and help set up for the weekend.
Potluck dinner. Grills will be provided.

Saturday, Mayl 27:
Gate opens at 9AM – call 920-222-1585 if gate is not manned.

Gate opens at 9AM – call 920-222-1585 if gate is not manned.
Bridge battle, town battle and line maneuvers for both armored and rapier.
Break for lunch
TBD: Commanders will decide what to work on based on earlier scenarios.
Pick up fights after planned activities.

Sunday Evening meal for pre-reg only:
Pulled Turkey (or chicken)
Bread/Pita
Lettuce, tomato
Chickpea, cucumber salad (Vegetarian, GF)
Olive Salad
Cookies

Attendees will be on their own for arranging breakfast and lunch. There are Kwik Trips, fast
food, sit-down restaurants, take-out options, and an Aldi, Metro Market, and Wal-Mart within a
6-mile radius of the site.

Service animals only. Site has friendly cats who have claimed the shop as their hang out. This is
their home, you are only visiting.

Monday, May 29:
Pick up fights in the morning.
Pack up and off site by 2 p.m.

Merchants: Contact the event steward if you want to merchant.
Space and electrical outlets are limited. Wi-Fi is available near the shop, but the shop is not available for merchanting.
