"These Little Piggies Went to HOG"
Proposed menu for HOG, Based off the "Little Piggies" nursery rhyme.

First Course
This Little Piggie went to (the Farmers) Market:
Bread, pickled vegetables, butter
fresh greens salat with hazelnuts and a rasbperry blush vinaigrette
Honey glazed root vegetables
This little Piggie stayed home:
medieval "pigs in a blanket"- homemade Saucisse a Cuire (country sausage) rolled in pastry crust
brushed with mustard sauce

Second Course
This Little Piggie had Roast Beef:
barley in beef bone broth
spiced red wine braised beef tips
This Little Piggie had none-
pottage of lentils
brawn en peuerade- chicken with wine sauce

Third Course
This Little Piggie Went Oui Oui Oui All the Way Home: Seed Cake
Zabaglione
Cherries stewed in Wine

Possible armored combat, but not confirmed as of yet
