Bring your geek and join us for Harvest Home!
The Barony of Nordskogen is pleased to present a weekend of unstructured geeking - where you can spend your time delving into the art, craft, or activity of your choice (with some exceptions because of site rules and limitations) and join or be joined by like-minded individuals.
You could enjoy fields for armoured and rapier training. Make use of a short distance archery range to work on shooting technique. There are several kitchens on site allow for cooking and cheese-making. Fire rings will host bardic circles. There is also a stage for performances. Multiple indoor spaces can be used for fletching, spinning, nalbinding, embroidery, weaving, leatherwork. You tell us what you would like to do and we will do our best to accommodate.
Best of all – we will prepare a very limited schedule - when you can arrive (Friday after 5pm), when you must be off site (Sunday by 1pm), and when food is served (to be posted).
One of the benefits of a Girl Scout camp is the variety of sleeping options. Tenting is allowed, as well as several cabins and yurts that will be reserved per bed. A limited number of flush toilets and showers are on site.
