The Barony of Nordskogen welcomes you to a German-themed Twelfth Night! In German-speaking countries Twelfth Night is known as Dreikönigsfest, or the Festival of the Three Kings, with traditions dating back to pre-medieval times.
There will be themed prize tourneys for Heavy, Rapier, C&T, and Archery (held the next day at nearby Bwana Archery), as well as an A&S Competition, Bardic Circle and the Bard of Nordskogen Contest, a fundraising Raffle, a Scavenger Hunt and activities for children, and a Gambling Tournament hosted by Lord Bastien De La Mesa to raise money for baronial rapier armor.
There will be merchants and populace space, and the lovely Jara choir will have some traditional German surprises for everyone.
There will be a wonderful feast, co-headed by Viscountess Aramanthra the Vicious and Sayida Nafisaal KhaTir Deeb bint Yusuf al Fez.
Come join in the winter revels with Nordskogen!
