The site will open Saturday at 8:00 a.m. for merchants, royalty, combatants and consorts, and Shire of Coldedernhale members.

Gate opens at 9:00 a.m. and the site will close at 11:00 p.m. Site is bone - dry, NO smoking is permitted on the premises or in the immediate vicinity. No Pets

Showers are available for fighters in the locker rooms.

A&S display will have the theme of "Ancient Rome and Byzantium" but all entries are welcome! If you would like to display it... bring it... we'd LOVE to see it! The queen will give a "Queen's Favorite" award and there will also be a populace bean count.

Documentation is not required.

On the Sunday following the Crown Tourney (October 09) a Post-Crown Fighter Practice will be held 2 blocks from the site at the Pierre City Auditoreum, 222 E. Dakota Ave., from 10 am to 2 pm. All heavy and rapier fighters are invited to come and enjoy pick-up fights and melees
