Directions: I29 to exit 26 (Hwy 50-Yankton/Vermillion Exit). Turn West and go 7 miles to Vermillion. Continue through town on Hwy 50 (CherrySt.). Turn left (South) at Fairgrounds (High St). SCA signs will mark the turn in town.

Svaty Sebesta hosts its annual Battle of Hearts, wherein combatants select a lord or lady and fight for their honor and the virtue of Courtly Love. Tourneys for armoured combat and rapier fighters are followed by a feast honoring the champions and their escorts.

Schedule

9am - Rapier Authorizations

10:30 (or at TRM Pleasure) Progressive Tourney

The tourney will start as a Round Robin, from the Round Robin the top eight
Rapier fighters will advance to a 2 out of 3 rounds(bring your best) double
elimination.

Noon -Lunch

1:30 - Battle of the Hearts

6ish - Feast
