The site will open at 9am and close at 8:30pm.
The site fee will be $5 for members over the age of 17. Participants under the age of 17 are free.
There will be a $3 non-member surcharge.
The feast will be $5.
There will be Arts and Sciences, bardic activities and much more! Games will be provided for your entertainment, as well as informal teaching periods and skills demonstrations. Come prepared to show off your talents in the gentler arts.
A down-and-dirty heraldry workshop will be conducted for those interested in learning more about the wonderful world of fields, primary charges and colors vs metals. Coloring sheets will be provided.
There will also be a screening of final Crown Tournament bouts from across the known world.
A bountiful late period English feast will be prepared byRichard of Border Downs with assistance from shire members, and will come complete with the most cutting-edge culinary developments freshly imported from the New World.
A traditional lunch will also be available, consisting of soup, fresh bread, and a sampling of various bread toppings.

The site is discreetly wet. The site is wheelchair accessible.
Pre-registration is not only appreciated, it is highly encouraged. This is especially important if you plan to attend feast. You do not need to pay ahead of time.
To pre-register, simply fill out this form and submit it. Each individual who is being pre-registered requires a separate form submission because the form can only take one person at a time.
If you have pre-registered but have since discovered you will be unable to attend the event, please email the Event Steward and let her know.

There will be a bardic post-revel at Katerinka's house following site clean-up. Directions will be provided on site.
