Planned Activities: Armored Combat

This is a day for practicing our armored melee skills.  Let's get ready for Gulf War!  
 
Site Opens at 9:00 AM for set up, Gate Opens at 10:00 AM, Inspections and authorizations start at 10:00AM,  Fighting 11AM to 4:00 PM, Site closes at 6:00 PM
 

Planned activities are;  melee, melee, melee. Break, maybe.  Melee, melee, melee.  Pack up and go home. This event is focused on preparing for Gulf Wars and other melee fighting events.  Authorizations should be coordinated with the MIC.

FOOD:
* A  meal, provided by Nell the Innocent, will be available. More details to come
* Your own food and beverages are welcome on site (there is NO way to heat food on site)
* Water and coffee will be available
 

Site Information

*Site is accessible including bathrooms and showers. There are showers on site! There are two locker rooms.

*Site is discreetly damp

*The site is in a small unincorporated town. There are no gas stations or stores. The closest store and gas station are in Madelia on Highway60, Lake Crystal on Highway 60, or Mankato.

*There is Populace space.

* Children are welcome but there are no children's activities planned


Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and

safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to

infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person

events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to

take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under

your control as you believe to be necessary.

We will  follow all current Kingdom, State, CDC and local COVID guidelines.
