10 am - Site opens to populace (gate will be open from 10 am - 1 pm)

11 am to 4:30 pm - Games 

12 pm - Lunch

5 pm - Court 

6 pm - Site closes

6 pm to 8:00 - Cleanup

Site fee - Free will donation (expecting avg. of $10/person)

Lunch fee - $5.00/person
