Site is Handicap accessible
Outside food is allowed and encouraged. MN schools are not allowed to sell food without using a private caterer. This is why we are not offering lunch or feast at this site.
Saturday:
8am site opens to Royalty, Staff, Combatants, and Consorts
9am gate opens for Populace, continental breakfast provided (others may bring to share, be sure ingredients list is provided)
10 am Morning Court in Gym followed by Crown Tournament
11-2ish pm Crown Tournament
11-3ish pm Laurel Vigil for AEsa Olafskona-all are welcome
2-3:30ish PM: A&S Corner, Bardic Corner, Open List Field
A&S Display and show and tell after Crown Tournament
Open List Field for pick ups (until 3ish)
Roundtable Conversation for Transplanted Scadians 2pm.
4 PM Evening Court: Final Court of TRM Ajax and Gaia, followed by Coronation of new Sovereigns of Northshield (*Time change* original was 5pm)
7 pm Site closes to Populace
