St. Radegund's Faire is a summer Arts and Science event hosted by the Shire of Rivenwood Tower. Located roughly 20 minutes from Mankato, MN. We enjoy provided a variety of classes, unique armored combat scenarios, the opportunity to cook in a wood fired oven, and the company of exciting individuals! We hope to see you at this event!!

 

Site location note: When searching on Google maps, 20001 Hawkeye Lane is also Township Road 198. The actual road sign is Hawkeye Lane/Shamrock Lane. 

 

Fees: 

 Kindly make checks payable to SCA Inc Shire of Rivenwood Tower (Pre-registration is not required)

 

 Site opens at Noon on Friday, August 14th and closes at 2pm on Sunday, August 16th

 

Site Fee Includes: Friday night Pizza, Breakfast Saturday and Sunday

 Adult Registration (18 & above): $15

 Adult Member Registration:        $10

 Camping per tent:                     $10

 Age 17 & Under:                       FREE


 Saturday Evening Meal:            $5

 Site and Camping Information: McGowan Farm

  •  Merchants are welcome and there is no Merchant fee

  • Camping is primitive (essentially). There is access to water and port-a-potties. 

  • There will be showers on site. Please pack accordingly. 

  • You may dig fire pits on the site, but you need to replace the sod you dig. 

  • The site recommends no small pets as there are large birds of prey. 

  • Accessibility: Camping area is flat, but there are rough gravel roads on site. Most buildings are handicap accessible. There will be handicap accessible port-a-potties. Showers are not wheelchair accessible. 

  • Site is damp. 

  • Populace space is available in the saloon. 

  • The site has a large, shaded, child-friendly play area. Children are invited to attend classes, unless there are specific restrictions. 

  • There is electricity in most of the buildings to charge your devices. 


Food: 

 The Shire will provide food Saturday night, for a fee (see above). The clay oven will be available for use to cook meals.
