Lunch Tavern by Haus Adelbrecht A lunchtime inn will be provided by Haus Adelbrecht in cooperation with the Shire of Dark River. Cost is $5.

Arts & Sciences: We are pleased to announce that the second annual “melons in any medium” bodice competition will again be held in two divisions. Contestants may enter either or both divisions. Division 1: afternoon “formal” bodice competition for serious and/or authentic period style entries Division 2: evening “adult” bodice competition for the more outrageous entries.

Directions: Take your best route to Grandview, Iowa on US 61, approximately 15 miles south of Muscatine, Iowa. Take County Rd G48 (Jackson St.) east through Grandview, jog south on Jefferson St. for a block and continue immediately east again on 148th St (Cemetery Ln). After about 2 miles, 148th street curves to the south and becomes Avenue H. The road into the site will be on your right.
