July Missive

Greetings, kinsfolk!

I am pleased to report that Northshield’s updated PayPal policy, which will allow us to accept donations and heraldic fees via PayPal, has been approved! As of this writing, we are just getting up and running with heraldic fees.

The Kingdom received several thousand dolllars in donations from a private fundraiser – thank you to all those who donated! Donations were received via PayPal and check, and the process went smoothly, based on feedback so far. If you have heard of any issues or concerns, please feel free to forward them to me or to Mistress Nell the Innocent, our PayPal Deputy.

By the time you read this, I will have distributed a survey requesting feedback on what support exchequers need – formal training, office hours, financial support, or anything else. I want to educate existing exchequers and start training the next generation of folks, to build strength and depth in the office. This won’t be a quick process, and it is vital to the Society. Stay tuned for more on that.
