July Missive

Greetings, Northshield,

July is here and we have seen spring make way for summer. We attended Schutzenfest, where Crispin and Antolin joined the order of the Pelican (though sadly, Nell the Innocent’s induction to the order of the Laurel was delayed), and we were glad to partake in Northshield’s first ever Korean feast, headed by our very own Ha Su Jin. We attended Kingdom A&S and saw the wonderful artisans of this kingdom ply their knowledge and craft. Bardic Blades’ site is so very scenic, calming, and away from the modern world. We have held war practices throughout the Kingdom and tryouts for the 10-person Melee team.

It has been wonderful seeing a good portion of the lands we call Northshield. We now look to WW, where more crafts and skills are put to the test and hear the war drum ever approach. The artisans, the fighters, and the populace make ready for war. Pennsic 49 looms on the horizon, and Northshield is looking to make a great show of attendees. It fills our hearts to see the pride and love you show this Kingdom.
