• Spring Coronation: April 12, 2008 in the Western Region
• Spring Crown: May 10, 2008 in the Eastern Region (will be in Caer Anterth Mawr, see the Northshield Calendar for more information!)
• Fall Coronation: September 13, 2008 in the Central Region
• Fall Crown: October 11, 2008 in the Western Region

1. Look at the Northshield Crown and Coronation Bid Packet online
2. Contact the Kingdom Event Officer with any questions

3. Write a preliminary bid
4. Send it to Fina at the above email address (electronic copies preferred) or
   Lorine Horvath, 1447 12th St. N., Fargo, ND 58102
5. Answer any questions, consider any suggested changes
6. Send final bid to the Kingdom Event Officer, Kingdom Seneschal, and the
   Royalty for consideration by the Stallari council and final decision.

• There are at least four Kingdom events every year, and only three regions!
• There are lots of opportunities to hold these events - if your first bid is not chosen, re-vamp and re-submit!
• The Kingdom can only gain by having several quality bids to choose between.
• We will try to alternate events in more populous areas with events in more remote regions, as well as keep the events moving around the Kingdom.
• These events are fun to host, and the main attractions are already planned, making it possible for even a small group to put in a bid. There are people to help you with any questions or difficulties you might have in putting in a bid for, or hosting, a Kingdom event.
• These events are important to the Kingdom!
• In addition to being a place to meet each other and conduct Kingdom business, they provide a source of income.
• Hosting these events is Fun!
