Update Regarding Marshals' Website

Greetings to the populace of Northshield,

As you may have discovered (or heard from friends), the Northshield Marshal website is no longer available. While this was unplanned, the Northshield Web Team is working to get a replacement up and running as quickly as possible. We fortunately had a copy of the database that was only a few months old, so most of the information from the old system will be moved directly onto the new system, without needing to completely re-create our entire marshal database. While we don't have an exact estimated completion time, we hope to have the main database incorporated before Warriors and Warlords.

The new electronic home of Northshield combat will be integrated with the existing Northshield website, and utilize all existing logins and supplied persona information that we already have. Marshallate reporting will also happen through the Northshield site, as it does for all other offices. Right now, the individual activity handbooks, marshals' handbooks, and commonly-used forms are available on the Kingdom Earl Marshal's page (and all of his deputies' pages) and in the 'Handbooks' or 'Forms' section of the website, respectively.

Once the martial database is integrated with the rest of the kingdom website, you will be able to see your authorizations and warrants on your own profile page and notify the Clerk of the Roster if something is inaccurate. You will also be able choose to hide this information (the same way you can hide your address and other personal contact information).

If you are an authorized combatant in any of the martial activities who does NOT currently have a profile on the Northshield website, and you want to take advantage of the new 'management' features and reporting, now would be a great time to get that set up so we can link your information together correctly.
