We know the uncertainty regarding the change-over of royalty is deeply unsettling for everyone. To this end, Stallari would like to share our discussion regarding the scheduling of the Crown Tournament of Ciaran and Elis to select the heirs to the kingdom. At this time, the modern border between the United States and Canada is closed. The US State Department has declared a Global Level 4 Health Advisory advising against all international travel. The Government of Canada has similarly confirmed a Global Travel Advisory to avoid non-essential travel outside of Canada. This means that no royal pair can satisfy the requirement to be able to travel to all parts of the Kingdom (Northshield Law - III-900-6).
Given these constraints, Stallari has decided to wait to schedule the Crown Tournament of Ciaran and Elis until such a time as III-900-6 can be met and guidelines from the Public Health Agency of Canada and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the United States reflect a safer opportunity to gather together. We share this information with you in the interest of transparency, and will ensure that we share our plans as they become available.
