As the snow begins to melt and the days get longer, many will start up outdoor practices again, and partake in more physical activity than during the long winter months. Please remember that water is important for all physical activities! Waterbearing is imperative at not only events, but at weekly practices as well.
Remember that even if you are not fighting/dancing/etc., you can still go to the local practices and provide water for those exerting themselves. You can socialize with your fellow group-members, and many will appreciate your efforts!
