I hope everyone had a fun and safeholiday season. For those who are interested in the Chirurgeonate, but are notsure how to become a Chirurgeon, here is the information you need. In order tobe accepted as a Chirurgeon, a candidate must apply to the Kingdom Chirurgeonin writing. The application must include: a statement of desire from thecandidate to become a Chirurgeon-in-Training; proof of current first-aidcertification or acceptable equivalent; proof of CPR certification; proof ofage of majority; the candidate's SCA name, legal name, address, and telephonenumber; and proof of membership in the SCA.
