As I look back on the year it has done me proud to see the good work we have done. Just looking at the improvement in the IKAC placing does my heart good. However for those who may or may not know it has been a hard year too. The loss of both parents and change in the health of my lady has caused me not to perform my duties as well as I would have liked. Therefore, I am starting the quest for my replacement early. I will train this individual and have them ready to done the position by next summer. What are the requirements you ask? I am looking for someone who is currently archery marshal. The individual should be well versed in the rulebook and have good communication skills. Last and in my opinion most important. You must have a desire to guide Northshield Archery. You must be able to get to events and encourage our art. You must help your regoinals develop their areas. You also must listen to your archers. Find out what they want and help them achieve it.
