Present:

I. Kingdom Event Definition

Need to clarify the definition, approval process, and decision makers around kingdom events
Would like discussion via the Stallari list prior to Crown, with decisions at the Crown Stallari meeting
Proposal should include the use of protected weekends
Caradoc to propose clarifying language
Any law changes will require publication for commentary (Deadline is October 1 for Northwatch publication)
May also need to modifying seneschal policies

Clarification that the first step should be an attempt by the two conflicting groups to resolve the issue

Seneschal – Planning to hold a seneschal’s meeting at Crown
Exchequer – Nothing new to report
Chirurgeon – Fiona the Younger has applied to succeed Kenric as Kingdom Chirurgeon
Chronicler – No applicants yet, although 2 strong possibilities
MOAS – Has website needs for artisan database. Northshield web team does not have time available, so Sorcha may develop her own site, with an eye to eventual integration with the Northshield website
Their Majesties – want to verify that the most recent version of the laws is available online. Also will need to read in minor changes to Award verbiage.

Marwen de la Rivere will succeed David as Kingdom Seneschal at Spring Coronation
Marwen will take over the role of Emergency Deputy Seneschal from Katriona immediately
