E-mail Stallari Council minutes: March 1, 2018 – May 31, 2018

KEM Duke Lars asked the council to review the revised youth boffer combat handbook; the revisions were approved.

An ad will be put in the Northwatch asking for applicants for the office of Kingdom Chatelaine.

The bid for Fall Coronation to be held September 8, 2018, has been given to the Barony of Nordskogen. The bid for SUN 2018 to be held November 10, 2018, has been given to the Canton of Coille Stormeill.

The Shire of Rudivale requested permission to hold an event the second weekend in August. Stallari approved.

A request for travel funds to attend the Known World Heralds & Scribes event in June for the Polaris and Keythong heralds was approved.

Ealdred of Malmsbury was approved to be the next kingdom seneschal; he was installed as the emergency deputy seneschal and will step up next year.

Ongoing discussion is being held on the following topics:
• Updates to the chatelaine’s handbook.
• Bids for Fall Crown
• Ensuring Northshield is in compliance with Society exchequer policy regarding complimentary passes for kitchen workers, event stewards, feast stewards, Royalty, Heirs, visiting Royalty, and other attendees.
• Applicants for the Kingdom Armored Combat Marshal and the Kingdom Rapier Marshal.
• Change wording in the TANG policy to simplify the process of approving the continued reign of a sitting baron and baroness if there are no candidates to replace them.
• The agenda for the Stallari meeting  The agenda for the Stallari meeting at Spring Coronation was discussed. Items included were adding a new exchequer deputy which would be the Canadian Signatory, and pending officer warrant requests. It was approved to hold the next Stallari meeting at Warriors and Warlords in July.
