23rd Annual Gwyntarian Winter Archery Shoot Results by Archer Ranking Clerk THL Arnbjorn Karlsson <archeryrank@northshield.org> Northshield made a strong showing in the recently concluded 23rd Annual Gwyntarian Winter Archery Shoot. 213 archers from eight kingdoms submitted scores. The Winter Shoot consists of: • 2 ends of 6 untimed arrows at a standard 45cm 5-ring target • 2 30-second timed ends at the 5-ring target • 2 ends of 6 untimed arrows at the “Bulls-eye Target”, a 8.5-inch circle, with a 4-inch circle at the center. The outer circle is worth 3 points, with the inner circle worth 5 points • 2 ends of 6 arrows untimed at the “Wand Target”, a 3-feet tall by 6-inch wide target. The width is divided into 3 2-inch stripes. The two outer stripes are worth 3 points and the inner strip is worth 5.
