The Boke of Ceremonies draft updates have been posted to the website.
The web team and volunteers have agreed to support creating website user profiles at selected events to increase populace uptake.
SUN Bid from Rockhaven approved and the group advised.
Apollonia and Eithni added to the Stallari email list following officer change-overs.
Paypal – Authorization for a new, dedicated bank account (as required by policy) requested. First draft of PayPal policies distributed to Stallari for comment. Discussion ongoing.
Falcon’s Keep requests the use of 2nd weekend in August – approved, group advised.
Reporting schedules for some offices have been consolidated. This was done to assist report timeliness and ease of remembering reporting dates across offices.
Cyveiliog McKinley appointed as upcoming Signet, changeover to take place at a future event to be decided.
Next Stallari Meeting – Warriors and Warlords, time and location TBD
Website issues – Webminister reported regularly regarding site outages and has prepared a summary document for publication in the Northwatch to bring the populace up to speed on the issues experienced to date.
Website updated to include the addition of the Order of Defense meeting icon.
Marshal’s handbook revisions reviewed and discussed. Publication by KEM on web site confirmed.
Alternate officer badges are in the process of being ordered. Existing regalia for officers is showing wear and age. Funds are available for this purchase.
Officers Day – planning continues and a class schedule will be published by the Seneschal once finalized.
Northshield was asked and has agreed to participate in a Canadian Affiliation Committee. Participants are to be solicited from Canadian groups. This is a society-wide, multiple kingdom exploratory committee to explore the desirability and feasibility of forming a Canadian affiliation, similar to that in effect elsewhere in the world.
Heorot Denu has applied for full status. The process is ongoing and the TANG is working with the group to ensure all necessary reports are received.
