From the outgoing Rapier Marshal,
As I take my leave from the Kingdom Rapier Marshal position I would really like to thank everyone who has worked hard to help rapier. A mostly quiet tenure was thanks to the hard work of my regionals Teffan, Robin, Guage, Mateo, and Giles among others. Thank you to everyone for helping out.
After 15 years in the SCA and 13 years as some type of Kingdom, Principality, or Regional office, I have seen us grow from a few outcasts to a loved part of Northshield. My heart is proud of what we have become and I hope we continue to strive to better ourselves on and off the field.
I will be focusing more on my new family and less on travel in the coming years. Despite that know that my SCA family is close to my heart and I hope to cross blades or raise a toast with many of you again in the future.
