My Persona, is viking/Normand. I may switch up to a french 15th century peasant once in a while. I have 5 children...ages 14,13,11,9 and 3. I am 5'7" tall and wear M-L clothing. I like dark brown, blue (not pastel!), dark green, dark red or burgundy, burnt orange, all earthy colors! I do NOT like anything frilly.
I can sew garb and enjoy looking up new styles in history, though my favorite styles are the plain woolen dresses like the viking garb, or kirtle/cotehardie.
I enjoy spinning, dyeing wool, naalbinding and anything related to wool. I LOVE wool in all forms!!!
I love anything that can spark my creativity or propel me in any art form, as I love all arts!!!...leather work, drawing, calligraphy,illuminations, wood carving, fiber arts, cooking, medieval medicine(natural herbs/tinctures), gardening.
I love all things natural, especially the wild... plants (dandelion,nettle) or wild creatures (dragonflies,bees,bats...).
Being in the woods, backpacking or canoeing is my favorite place to be. If I had more time I would be looking up and searching wild edible plants, medicinal plants and mushrooms more extensively.
My medieval sport of preference would definitely be axe throwing, and archery, however I do not own throwing axes or bow and arrows.
