I am Vilmundr, son of Stóði, from Denmark. I live in Rogaland, Norway in the early tenth century during the reign of Haraldr fagrahár. My wife is Eyja Bassadóttir.
In Vilmundr, the /v/ is pronounced as a [w].
The Old Norse above has been adapted to my wife's current research on the language as it hypothetically appeared in 10th century Norway (she should really start her research on the Eastern dialect, since my persona is from Denmark, no?). She has had to adapt the traditional spelling to accommodate the nasalized vowels that appeared in the language at that time. All vowels with an ogonek are nasalized. What is traditionally spelt ę in Old Norse manuscripts will appear as ɛ, if ever it needs to be used. It is unknown when exactly the u-mutation of a, traditionally spelt ǫ, occurred but it has not been expressed above. In my wife's notation it would appear as ɔ. My wife's research is not finished, and it is quite possible she has made errors and it is probable that she will make updates as she learns more.
