Theodweard l'Archier of Havenwood Manor is a late 14th Century Englishman with bloodlines that go back to one of the strong Saxon families of the 11th Century, even today the male children are given Saxon first names. The Norman surname, l’Archier, is a result of the conquering Normans during the Great Survey of 1086 because of our ancestor's accuracy with the bow. Theodweard started his service to the Kingdom as an archer but soon donned armor and served as a soldier. As his prowess and word fame grew, he began to become more trusted with the Peers and Royals of the Kingdom.
