The snow is gone and spring has finally arrived here in the frozen north! Time to show off those winter A&S projects and thaw out your armor!
Join the good folk of the Village of Hvitskogar as we partner with our sponsor group of Darkstone at our inaugural event. A day of merrymaking, A&S activities, dancing, classes, medieval games and fun awaits you! Armored and rapier combat pending.
The highlight of the night will be the Rusty Blade Challenge where the Shire of Darkstone and the Village of Hvitskogar will compete head to head for the favour of feast attendants! The theme of the feast will be 1st Crusades and attendees will be lavished with two removes of sumptuous food from Bordeaux to Jerusalem.
Site opens 9am, closes 9pm. Site is handicap accessible. Site is dry.
Merchants are welcome, no fee.
Site fee $8 for adults, $4 for children (17 and under), 5 and under are free.
Non member surcharge $5
Family cap $25
Feast $10 at door, $8 with pre-reg. Pre-registration deadline is May 12th. Feast is limited to 50 seats.
Checks can be made out to “SCA - WI, Inc. Shire of Darkstone”
Lunch will be available for $5.
