Site Information
The site recommends no small pets as there are large birds of prey. Pets are welcome but must be leashed. Owners are 100% liable for the actions of their pet while participating in this event and in the designated areas of the event. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog. Scoop the Poop!
 
Pets are specifically forbidden to enter any martial list, archery range, siege range, equestrian area or any additional public areas that are marked as such.

Populace space is available. You may bring shade fly or pavilion for shade.
The site has a large, shaded, child-friendly play area.
Children are invited to attend classes, unless there are specific restrictions.
Merchants are welcome and there is no fee to merchant.
Camping area is primitive. There are multiple water locations on site.
Showers are available on site. Plan Accordingly. 
Accessibility: The outside area is flat, but there are rough gravel roads on site. Most buildings are handicap accessible. There will be accessible port-a-potties. The showers are not accessible. 

Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and
safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to
infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person
events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to
take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under
your control as you believe to be necessary.
We will  follow all current Kingdom, State, CDC and local COVID guidelines. 
As guidelines and restrictions are updated, we will update the Event information on the Shire webpage and Facebook Event.
