Site Fees:
Adult (18 & above) $20
Adult registration $15
Under 18 are free

Lunch:
Ages 12 and up $5
Under 12 are free

Feast:
Ages 12 and up $15
Under 12 are free

The populace is welcome to bring their own food as well for both lunch and Feast. The pre-registration form will allow people to indicate any food accomodations they may need.

Limited merchant space is available at no cost. Reserve a spot by contacting the event steward.

Covid Policy:
We will maintain all Kingdom policies and provide extra handwashing stations on site.

Beginning March 1st we will begin weekly evaluations of the status of Covid in the community and how it may impact the event.

Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and

safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to

infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person

events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to

take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under

your control as you believe to be necessary.
