The event will be on June 12th, from 1pm to when court ends. Being generous with the time estimates it would be done be 3:30pm
The event will be free
It will be limited to 150 people total.
All participants will have to pre-register to attend. We will ask the Kingdom Exchequer for assistance with this process. Form can be found at:

Masks that fully cover the mouth and nose will be worn by all attendees over the age of 4 at all times and during all activities except for eating and drinking
No day board, water bearing, or food of any kind will be provided by event staff or attendees to other attendees. All attendees will provide their own food and beverages.
While consuming food or beverages, attendees are required to remain stationary and follow social distancing rules
No overnight camping is allowed
