Friday Oct. 8 -  

Site opens at Noon for set up, various Site prep stuffs, etc.  Site closes at 8:00PM or earlier, pending on Site Caretaker’s schedule.  An update will be made on the  Kingdom FB and FB Event pages when I get an update on how late we can be there.

Saturday, Oct 9 –

Site opens at 8am for royals and combatants

Site opens at 9am for populace

Morning court at 10am

Tournament approx 20 mins after morning court

A&S judging done by 3:30pm-ish

Evening court at 4:30pm

Clean up press-gang formed after Court to tear down Site

**times subject to change, depending on length of Tournament

Site fee $5 non-member adult

            FREE for adult member

            17 and under are free

Bagged Lunch suggested donation $7 (pre-reg closed; sign up at Gate!!!)

Site is dry. Outside food and drink allowed. No pets; service animals only. Site is handicap accessible and flat (except for stage’s stairs in gym).
