Come one, come all to Hrothgar's Hall where Grendel's arm is hanging on the wall!
It's so nice to mead you! Come on out to the Hall for a fun, laid-back
camping event with plenty of activities to do for all ages.   Play with giant bubbles, search for the dragon during the Wood Walks, or tell a tale by the campfire. We also have a hall to meet , revel, get out of the weather, and hold classes in.
 
Plenty of room to camp!

Site opens 9am Friday September 16th and closes 6pm Sunday September 18th
Please email the site steward listed below if you plan to arrive after sundown either day so we have your contact information per SCA rules.


Site Fees:

Adult Camping & Site (18 & older)- $20

Adult Member Camping & Site (18 & Older) - $15

Young Adults (13-18) - $10

Children (12 & Under) - Free

Family Cap is $50

Day trip Site Fee of $10 per person ($15 for non-member)   


Merchants are welcome and there is no Merchant Fee.  However we need to know if you are attending by September 1st so we can line up the state paperwork.  If we have no merchants registered by that date, we will not have any.

Shire will coordinate a potluck feast on Saturday.  We will provide the meat

Grendel's Arm Contest - Best Grendel's Arm, all ages, any medium, winner by bean count.


A&S Display/Competition - All ages, any medium, bonus points for documentation. 

Activities are subject to change due to a variety of potential reasons such as weather, plague, and availability.


We will follow current CDC, State, local and SCA restrictions.


Site is Wet.

Site is not handicapped accessible. Service animals allowed.
