Æthelmearc's own Shire of Ballachlagen will be hosting a Known World Commedia Symposium! Not only will there be commedia troupes from all over the Known World, but the weekend will be a celebration of Renaissance Italian culture, with classes on Italian dance, fencing, mask-making and more! There will be an authentic period Italian feast and, of course, PERFORMANCES! So many performances that you might just want to have an extra chair just for the sitting and laughing you will do!

Site opens September 20th at 5PM and closes September 23rd at 11AM

Event Costs:

Adult event (17 & above) $15 with $2 campling

Adult member $10 with $2 camping

Youth (7-16) $5, no camping cost

Children 6 and under are free, no camping cost

Feast:

$10 for ages 7 and above

$5 children 6 and under

Cabin space is available.  Cabins do have limited electrical outlets, but no running water.  Please reserve ahead of time for cabin space.  No tent camping at the site, but the park does have a separate camping area.
