Siege the Day is a Demo, open to the public, celebrating medieval Siege technology. There is no site fee - although donations are welcome and will be shared between Northshield Endowment Fund and site costs. The public portion of Siege the day is advertised as: Saturday, September 22, 2007. 11:00am - 5:30 pm. At Siege the Day, we plan to have Siege weapons (of course), Heavy Combat, Rapier Combat, Archery (Window Slot shoot, Friend/Foe shoot), Thrown Weapons, Artisan's row (Including Blacksmithing Demo & Finn's Storytelling). Site is handicap accessible, but the restrooms are not wheelchair friendly. There will be a Silent Auction fund raiser (donations welcome). Lunch will be available for purchase between 11:00 to 2:00.
