I was born in Germania in the late 1st century BCE. I went to Alexandria as a young woman. With a passion for learning and languages I quickly adapted to the culture. I made a life in Rome as a courtesan, became a devotee of Isis, and acquired a Roman name. This occupation, and the income from it, allows me certain freedoms and luxuries. I am known for my wit and love of discourse. And while it is not acceptable for a woman to own businesses, I have found ways. I receive additional income from a few business I have and also some gladiators that I employ, all of which are free and paid well for their services. I often travel to Alexandria and other areas in the region. I can be found in several places, the garden of my villa, small gatherings, dinner parties, and at the games.
