Review of Elevation of Master of Defense Event Bids – Three bids
received Castel Rouge, Korsvag and Jaravillir. Korsvag selected as
winning bid.
Discussion of process to sell the Northshield Pavillion. Sealed
bids submitted to the Seneschal and Exchequer. Deadline for bids is April
15. There are no plans at present to replace the pavilion.
Decision making points include:
The Northshield Pavilion is beyond service life. There is extensive damage to the roof of the tent. Repair costs have been quoted at a minimum of $250. Transportation costs to Pennsic are approximately $500 annually and the
trailer that currently holds the pavilion requires re-wiring. There is a shortage of people with appropriate vehicles for hauling the
trailer and contents who are then also responsible for returning it to approved
storage location after use.
Fall Coronation Bid received for discussion. Clarification requested on
several points of the bid

Royal weekend in February now designated for Kingdom A&S competition
