1. Their Royal Majesties
1. We are trying to hold a Tournament of Chivalry with an Arts component at the end of January.
2. There is a part of Wisconsin with a great site to use that has been proposed as being “Crown Lands”, not belonging to any group and any group in the kingdom can use it. We would be willing for there to be more such places throughout the Kingdom if they are identified to us. Her Majesty will write a policy about that.
2. Seneschal
1. Katriona ni Chonarain (Katherine Kretchmar) was confirmed as successor to this office. She will also be Emergency Deputy.
2. There were bids from Falcon’s Keep and from Turm an dem See and Lub Siochail jointly for Fall Coronation 2007. Both need better sites and we hope that one of them will be able to find a good site because both show a lot of work and dedication. The deadline has been extended until Dec 1, 2006.
3. Skerjastrond will be elevated to full status as a Shire at Crown Tournament in two weeks.
4. There is a Symposium for Kingdom Seneschals, Exchequers, and Chatelaines which will probably be at the end of March 2007. The Stallari Council approved paying for airfare for each of the three officers and for a hotel room to share.
3. Chirurgeon
1. Magisterfrater Giles Devon was approved as Emergency Deputy
2. Taking applications for regional officers and Waterbearer
3. 3rd Quarter report was submitted and approved
4. Northshield will be adopting Society minimums and not writing our own Chirurgeon Handbook.
4. Exchequer
1. Proposed Kingdom Financial Policy updates were handed out. Please have comments to Kenya by December 1.
2. It is OK to scan and email individual warrants that need to be signed because of updates in between roster warrants at the beginning of reigns. The signed warrants can be faxed back.
3. The new Pavilion Policy was approved.
5. Marshal
1. Teffan is working on a prototype of an online participant’s database that can be accessed and updated more easily.
2. The Marshal admin Handbook is being updated and changed.
6. Chronicler
1. Plan on updating Chronicler and Webminister manuals before stepping down in December.
2. The Stallari Council gives permission for the Webminister to use whatever ISP will serve the needs best, with a maximum limit of $125 per year.
7. Herald – Will get Their Majesties a list of award names that have not yet passed and the status of each as soon as possible.
8. Laws – Will work on codifying an Officer Transition Policy for Kingdom Officers.
